Description

  • Drive business performance through proactive data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Own and evolve data pipelines to keep data fresh, accurate, and trustworthy.
  • Build and maintain dbt models that support recurring needs across Growth, Finance, and Product.
  • Present findings and translate complex data into clear narratives that inform decisions.
  • Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and improve data quality continuously.
  • Partner across engineering and commercial stakeholders at the intersection of analytics and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Working knowledge of dbt, including models, tests, and documentation.
  • Comfort writing Python scripts for data transformation or pipeline tooling.
  • Strong intuition for subscription lifecycle and paid acquisition metrics.
  • Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a focus on understanding why outcomes happen, not just what happened.
  • Ownership mindset with proactive communication and end-to-end responsibility.
  • Experience managing ingestion pipelines or working with orchestration tools like Airflow (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with data quality or observability tools (nice to have).
  • Experience using AI tools such as LLMs for SQL generation, documentation, anomaly detection, or pipeline debugging (nice to have).
