Description

  • Translate business requirements into software designs and implementation blueprints.
  • Participate in presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases.
  • Review project proposals and provide technical input during solution shaping.
  • Review wireframes from a technical perspective during user experience design.
  • Produce solution design documents and other development artifacts before implementation begins.
  • Ensure the development team follows the approved design and document any design changes.
  • Review deliverables produced by the development team for alignment with the design.
  • Train developers and serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders and the team.

Requirements

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable local or foreign university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably as a full stack developer across multiple technologies.
  • At least 4 years of experience making architecture and design decisions.
  • Experience with data domain modeling, design patterns, and third-party component integration.
  • Ability to work in a team with diverse, multiple-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
  • In-depth understanding of coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors.
  • Ability to identify and manage short- and long-term technical risks.
