Description

  • Own and evolve the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
  • Tailor content for each platform while aligning with brand SOPs, values, and voice.
  • Craft social posts, captions, hooks, video scripts, carousels, and other content that drives action.
  • Serve as the brand's copywriting voice on social media and continuously refine tone and messaging.
  • Create content that feels personal, relevant, and conversation-driven for the audience.
  • Maintain a strong editorial filter to distinguish substantive content from fluff.
  • Use AI to streamline workflows, automate low-value tasks, and support creative experimentation.
  • Develop deep understanding of ideal customer profiles and create content that resonates with their needs.
  • Use analytics and insights to improve performance and guide social strategy.
  • Monitor trends, publications, events, and industry conversations to inform timely content.
  • Foster community by replying, reacting, engaging, and contributing meaningfully to conversations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing social media platforms for a company or brand, preferably in a SaaS-based company.
  • Experience managing B2B social media accounts with measurable success, ideally in a startup or fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, with examples of using them creatively and strategically.
  • Proficiency with Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar social media management tools.
  • Strong ability to identify scroll-stopping content and create content with clarity and substance.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting skills with a strong sense of clarity and tone.
  • Strong creative direction skills with the ability to translate strategy into visuals and copy.
  • Deep understanding of analytics, KPIs, engagement, and conversion-driven brand growth.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to keep up with algorithm changes, trends, and new ideas.
  • Ongoing self-education through podcasts, communities, newsletters, and trends.
