Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Create high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual assets for social posts and ads.
  • Write compelling social media copy that stays consistent with the brand voice.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and overall account presence.
  • Monitor comments and inquiries and respond in a timely manner to support community engagement.
  • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across channels.
  • Mentor junior social media staff or interns and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role in a B2B environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, as well as Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
