Description

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into front-end implementation tasks.
  • Estimate effort for assigned tasks and plan work accordingly.
  • Write, review, and maintain production-quality code and unit tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and provide regular status updates.
  • Tune and harden client applications for security and performance.
  • Maintain and fix existing systems, track and resolve issues in issue-tracking tools.
  • Manage source control and versioning of code.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through training and guidance.
  • Participate in hiring by evaluating candidates for open positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of related professional software development experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript technologies.
  • Experience developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience building applications with ReactJS, Redux, and Context.
  • Familiarity with design systems such as Material-UI or Atomize.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliance requirements.
  • Experience writing unit tests and ensuring at least 90% test coverage.
  • Experience using GitHub, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
  • Basic understanding of back-end technologies.
  • Flexible, versatile attitude and ability to influence team members.
