Description

  • Design and develop test automation frameworks, harnesses, and code libraries that can be reused across projects.
  • Provide consultation on complex testing strategies for projects.
  • Take the lead on urgent issues and projects, including communicating status and coordinating staffing resources.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to test teams and other business functions.
  • Stay current on testing process, practice, and technology developments and bring useful improvements in-house.
  • Evaluate tools and technologies for implementation in alignment with the broader development function and team skill set.
  • Help define and deliver the team's overall testing methodology by applying broad testing knowledge.
  • Create and validate automated scripts that support the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.
  • Lead the definition and implementation of automation standards and techniques.
  • Apply Testing Lifecycle Management principles within project execution.
  • Mentor the quality assurance team.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience with performance and usability testing.
  • Experience with Selenium using Java, JMeter, Appium, and Git.
  • Experience building and using testing frameworks for release engineering.
  • Agile/Scrum experience is required.
  • Exceptionally clear communication with the engineering team.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
