Description

  • Create application user interfaces using no-code design tools.
  • Automate server-side logic with no-code business processes and BPMN-based workflows.
  • Design RESTful APIs, SOAP interfaces, and webhook services for secure system integrations.
  • Design scalable database structures, including tables, relationships, and data fields.
  • Decompose user stories into executable no-code development tasks.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify product improvement opportunities.
  • Interview end users and solution consultants to gather feedback and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers on manual and automated testing of solutions.
  • Use Git/SVN to manage application changes and support team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience conducting business analysis, market research, competitor analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of database management, including T-SQL, data queues, relationships, view models, indexes, joins, and sub-selects.
  • Understanding of BPMN notation and business-process modeling.
  • Experience working on software development teams or as a business analyst on IT projects.
  • Hands-on experience configuring information systems through UI-based tools.
  • Understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods.
  • Ability to learn new UI tools and technologies quickly.
  • English proficiency for interviews and collaboration with international stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM, BPM, or no-code platforms is preferred.
  • Coding skills and experience with Figma or similar UI prototyping tools are preferred.
