Description

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for the ETVA Solutions Advisory function.
  • Align solution offerings with market trends, client priorities, and platform capabilities.
  • Lead strategic pursuits, new logo acquisition efforts, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop executive-level value propositions, proposals, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior enterprise stakeholders and translate business problems into technology and operating model solutions.
  • Define business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes across client engagements.
  • Lead the design and evolution of ETVA offerings across ITFM, FinOps, TBM, SPM, Workforce Management, and EAM.
  • Build scalable, repeatable solutions aligned to client demand and platform ecosystems such as Apptio.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and engineering teams on go-to-market execution and solution feasibility.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Solutions Advisory team while fostering innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in technology consulting with a strong focus on ITFM, FinOps, TBM, and Strategic Portfolio Management services.
  • Proven track record in practice building, solution development, and revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-level consulting engagements.
  • Strong business development experience, including leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of technology financial management and value realization frameworks.
  • Experience with Apptio preferred, or similar technology financial management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed, high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Up to 40% travel required.
