Description

  • Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solution architectures.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align client needs with solution design.
  • Work with Delivery Managers to guide the architecture approach during solution deployment.
  • Design tailored solutions that fit client expectations and company standards.
  • Identify, specify, and select off-the-shelf components to address client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout implementation.
  • Translate business and client requirements into actionable solution steps and architecture.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to improve solution outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery, preferably in the insurance vertical across multiple lines of business.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Ability to define and socialize a product or enterprise roadmap.
  • Experience translating client requirements into solution architectures and actionable plans.
  • Understanding of business architecture models and patterns.
  • Experience designing innovative solutions for business problems within business constraints.
  • Experience designing highly available and highly scalable cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with relational databases, NoSQL environments, and API or microservices-centric architectures.
  • Exposure to authentication and authorization concepts such as SSO, SAML integration, and identity federation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical ability, and relationship management experience with corporate clients.
  • Ability to discuss solution strategy and enterprise roadmaps with stakeholders from CxO to project level.
  • Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business.
  • Certification in an architecture discipline such as TOGAF or Zachman is a distinct advantage.
  • Certification in a cloud environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Broad knowledge of cloud platform capabilities is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with multiple development languages and various database engines is advantageous.
  • Interest in or understanding of low-code platforms is preferred.
  • High proficiency in English as a primary language.
