Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain new features and functionalities for the SaaS platform.
  • Translate insurance business requirements into scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Work across both front-end and back-end components of the application.
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering teams, and UX designers to shape end-user solutions.
  • Optimize application performance for large data volumes and high user traffic.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  • Write and execute unit tests and integration tests to maintain code quality.
  • Investigate and fix bugs to maintain platform reliability.
  • Ensure web application security and compliance when handling sensitive customer data.
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Requirements

  • 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer on complex SaaS applications.
  • Strong back-end proficiency with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
  • At least 3 years of front-end experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.
  • Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with unit, integration, and function testing across front-end and back-end codebases.
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices and industry compliance requirements.
  • Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.
  • Experience with container technologies and cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying current with software development trends and best practices.
