Description

  • Work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
  • Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements through workshops, interviews, and other techniques.
  • Communicate business requirements and process details to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create complex test cases and oversee testing to confirm requirements are reflected in the system design.
  • Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support requested changes.
  • May plan, allocate, and monitor the work of other business analysts.
  • Support QA, UAT, and release activities through defect analysis and change maintenance.
  • Update process and procedural documentation as needed.
  • Assist with time estimates, system understanding, and identification of actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the health insurance industry is required.
  • Insurtech experience is preferred.
  • Health insurance-related certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including requirements definition, technical solution translation, and Agile prioritization.
  • Experience with facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
  • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; technical writing skills are a plus.
