Description

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
Provide technical direction on technology selection, architecture, and best practices across front-end and back-end systems.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic.
Conduct and lead code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix bugs to ensure platform reliability.
Ensure web application security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
Design for scalability and flexibility as the user base and feature set grow.
Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including leading complex SaaS applications.
At least 2 years of experience in a lead or manager role.
Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with microservices and/or clean architecture.
Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with unit, integration, and function testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries.
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Strong understanding of web security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.
Experience with container technologies like Docker and cloud infrastructure.
Experience working in agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: passion for staying up to date with software development trends and best practices.
