Description

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the internship program across three hiring cycles each year.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the internship hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with student associations, academic institutions, and campus partners.
  • Represent Coveo at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Support improvements to the internship program and initiatives that enhance the intern experience and campus presence.
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content, employee referral program promotion, and talent attraction events.
  • Support the preparation and submission of employer awards by gathering insights, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines.
  • Plan and execute flagship talent attraction initiatives such as Coveo Blitz and other community-building events.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting interns, students, or early-career talent.
  • Strong interest in delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of the Quebec university, college, and student association ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to identify potential, ask thoughtful questions, and create meaningful connections with candidates.
  • Experience planning and executing a company presence at career fairs, networking events, or other campus initiatives (preferred).
  • Experience supporting employer branding, social media, marketing, or community engagement initiatives (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously (preferred).
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve (preferred).
