Description

Run day-to-day campaign execution in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including setup, audience targeting, content associations, and deployment scheduling.
Own the intake process, including briefing, capacity planning, and prioritization with stakeholders.
Coordinate QA across active journey builds, including logic, targeting, content rendering, and compliance checks before deployment.
Serve as the operational point of contact between GTX, technical build partners, and the client’s marketing team.
Maintain execution trackers, dashboards, and deployment calendars.
Support migration of legacy-platform campaigns into Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Surface risks, blockers, and capacity constraints early.
Manage delivery coordination across a complex multi-partner enterprise program.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, marketing automation execution, or program coordination.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise marketing automation platform.
Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform preferred.
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua is acceptable.
Proven QA and deployment discipline in a high-volume environment.
Comfort with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Teamwork, or similar tools.
Ability to manage concurrent workstreams.
Strong communication skills across technical, strategic, and client-facing teams.
Direct AJO campaign execution and journey management experience preferred.
Familiarity with AEP audiences, segments, and activation preferred.
Experience on a B2B marketing platform migration preferred.
MarTech consulting or agency delivery background preferred.
Ability to commit ~40 hours per week during the first ~8 weeks of the engagement.
Availability for a fixed-term contract from about July 27 to December 19, 2026.
U.S. remote work eligibility, with candidates in TX, CA, IL, MN, and OH preferred.

Benefits

$80 to $90 per hour based on experience.
Remote role based in the U.S.
Fixed-term contract engagement with an estimated duration of about 5 months.
Front-loaded schedule with near full-time hours during the first two months, followed by a lighter maintenance cadence through year-end.
