Description

  • Lead customer value-metrics workshops and develop customer value roadmaps.
  • Conduct customer check-ins and periodic value reviews to monitor performance and strengthen relationships.
  • Partner with Account Executives to prepare customers for renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, share best practices and product updates, and support customer marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Coupa internal resources to address customer needs and complex situations.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Value Managers.
  • Set team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Conduct performance reviews and development planning while maintaining consistent service quality.
  • Improve processes, standardize operating practices, and drive adoption of best practices.
  • Allocate customer accounts based on team capacity, skills, and priorities; serve as the primary escalation point and facilitate team knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership, senior roles, or collaborative project management.
  • Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Contract (S2C) domain expertise.
  • Background in customer success, client success, or sales management.
  • Experience managing client expectations and developing executive relationships and influencing strategies.
  • Program management experience leading disparate, cross-functional, and cross-enterprise project teams.
  • Ability to lead value-based conversations with business executives.
  • Experience with software and SaaS solutions.
  • Strong organizational, written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English-language skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal German-language skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
