Description

  • Support the administration of career growth and employee recognition programs, including internal frameworks and vendor platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
  • Maintain up-to-date career pathway and framework information in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Work with Learning Experience, Talent Strategy, Marketing, Compensation, and other internal teams to align programs with organizational goals.
  • Create, review, and update career development guides, toolkits, and intranet pages for employees.
  • Capture, analyze, and report on surveys, participation rates, and system usage against program metrics and strategy.
  • Assist with launching and managing peer-to-peer recognition programs such as Values Multiplier Awards, Excellence Club, and quarterly recognition activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly career experience programming, including job fairs, mentorship meetups, and guest speaker sessions.
  • Partner with communications teams to develop and distribute program communications such as emails, newsletters, and Slack posts.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for career experience resources, recognition platforms, and related support needs.
  • Manage recognition program operations including swag ordering, shipment tracking, and receipt verification.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or program coordination with a focus on professional or career development.
  • Strong technical proficiency managing learning platforms or large-scale learning resources such as LinkedIn Learning or an LMS.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication skills for employee-facing announcements, how-to guides, and marketing content.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across L&D, Marketing, HRBPs, and other teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and keep programs moving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting career development programs and recognition initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal subject matter experts is preferred.
  • Ability to capture, analyze, and report on program metrics and utilization data is preferred.
