Description

  • Serve as the Technical Architect during customer implementations, driving adoption and quantifying business value.
  • Design, architect, and manage large-scale integrations between Coupa and customer ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with senior management and product teams to influence implementation strategy, design, and customer outcomes.
  • Manage escalations, handle customer requests and complaints, and enhance customer experience through product support and technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer environments and propose technical solutions to increase value.
  • Mentor and onboard new Technical Architects and partner teams, leading specialized Customer Success initiatives and applying best practices.
  • Own the successful delivery of integration projects across Procurement, Supply Chain, and AP Automation domains.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integration technologies for customer success in Procurement/AP Automation.
  • Hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Experience with integration technologies including sFTP, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
  • Functional experience in Finance and Procurement areas (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Expenses) and ERP integration domain knowledge.
  • Preferably experienced with Coupa Software implementations.
  • Self-starter with experience working at scale and a focus on delivering customer success through technical services.
  • C1–C2 level of English; applicants must submit their resume in English.
