Description

  • Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrate how Coupa meets customer business needs with a focus on measurable value.
  • Present product architecture and integration capabilities to prospects and stakeholders.
  • Lead platform demonstrations, RFP support, IT workshops, training sessions, presentations, and document creation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for sales teams and prospects.
  • Manage accounts and travel as needed, with 50-75% of time potentially spent traveling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and scale best practices across the organization.
  • Help position Coupa as a leader in the Business Spend Management space.
  • Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover customer requirements and barriers to adoption.
  • Configure and deliver tailored software demonstrations mapped to customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling or implementation.
  • Experience within SaaS, financial accounting, or sales force automation.
  • Strong background in Spend Management.
  • Preferred experience with Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, or Expense Management.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Ariba, Ivalua, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Ability to lead deep discovery sessions and deliver compelling software demonstrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, IT audiences, and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of sharing knowledge, publishing insights, and mentoring peers.
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% and work in a fast-paced environment.
