Description

  • Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product and service satisfaction.
  • Serve as the liaison between Jenzabar and client institutions.
  • Use data and client insights to personalize outreach and address client needs and ROI.
  • Conduct annual client reviews and visit clients on campus in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior-level client contacts.
  • Partner with the Account Executive and Sales Manager to strategize on accounts and support future sales opportunities.
  • Collect client feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent Jenzabar at regional conferences within the assigned territory.
  • Build a deeper understanding of third-party relationships and positioning opportunities.
  • Use AI-enabled tools and analytics when appropriate to improve decision-making and efficiency.
  • Apply sound judgment and ethical standards when using AI, with attention to accuracy, privacy, and human oversight.
  • Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in higher education and/or client service.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Background in higher education with an understanding of the industry.
  • Prior experience as an Account Manager for a company serving the higher education space is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%.
  • Ideal candidate located in or around Minneapolis, MN, Sioux Falls, SD, or Billings, MT.
  • Willingness to cover a territory including South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, New Mexico, and select clients in Canada and Michigan.
