Description

  • Lead workshops to map legacy procurement workflows and identify high-ROI AI opportunities.
  • Define where and how Coupa agents should be deployed across customer processes.
  • Design future-state target operating models and KPI frameworks aligned to board-level goals.
  • Assess customer AI readiness across culture, data, and process dimensions.
  • Identify organizational, policy, and workforce blockers and help mitigate them.
  • Advise on organizational change management, including AI Centers of Excellence and workforce retraining.
  • Guide customers on governance changes needed to support autonomous agent actions.
  • Act as the vision setter for technical teams while bridging customer transformation goals with Coupa’s product roadmap.
  • Partner with C-suite stakeholders and functional leaders to translate strategy into operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
  • Deep understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents.
  • Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) procurement and finance processes.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to secure C-suite buy-in and collaborate with functional leaders.
  • Experience in Tier-1 management consulting or similarly complex transformation programs.
  • Coupa platform experience is preferred, though agent-first thinking is valued more than platform familiarity.
  • Ability to translate legacy pain points into agentic solution designs.
  • Experience leading clients through high-stakes engagements and building public advocacy is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable operational efficiency improvements through executive-level reporting.

Benefits

  • Estimated pay range of $152,000 to $198,000.
  • Starting salary determined by skills, experience, and geographic location.
