Description

  • Perform initial sales and customer account management duties for prospective and current residents.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Corvias offerings, market-ready inventory, local market conditions, and competitor communities.
  • Drive revenue by presenting community features, matching homes to customer needs, and closing sales in compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
  • Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding promptly to concerns, questions, and requests.
  • Manage move-in, move-out, and eviction processes, including inspections, notifications, and paperwork.
  • Perform basic accounting and collections activities and maintain tenant ledgers for each lease agreement.
  • Monitor resident compliance with community policies and enforce standards when needed.
  • Communicate community events, programs, initiatives, and lease renewal or relocation options to residents.
  • Process residency applications, prepare lease agreements, and complete occupancy-related paperwork.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, maintaining files, and entering data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior work experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate customer leads and retain customers through renewal or contract retention.
  • Proven record of achieving at or above average close ratios while maximizing revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic concessions.
  • Ability to learn and comply with legal and contractual requirements; experience with collections, evictions, or fee assessments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns using independent judgment and practical problem-solving.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and unscheduled customer interactions.
  • Ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours, with minimal out-of-town travel required.
