Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks across web, API, and mobile products.
  • Pick up and progress testing left unfinished by the AU team to maintain continuity across time zones.
  • Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across CORTO’s products.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with established test frameworks.
  • Work closely with developers and DevOps to support CI/CD pipelines and quality gates.
  • Contribute to QE process improvements that increase quality and efficiency in AI application delivery.
  • Support upskilling through workshops, training, and paired programming sessions.
  • Communicate proactively with AU and US stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Assure quality for AI-based systems, including LLM-driven products and related testing approaches.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with automated testing across APIs, web, and/or mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience working with AI for testing and/or testing AI-based systems, such as LangSmith for LLM evaluation.
  • Confidence working with modern CI/CD workflows and version control.
  • Experience testing backend systems, APIs, and data-heavy applications.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-changing, loosely structured environments.
  • Track record of delivering in a high-paced remote environment.
  • Comfort with cross-regional, asynchronous communication across time zones.
  • Exposure to non-functional testing, including performance, load, and reliability, is preferred.
