Description

  • Assist in preparing and launching training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional coordination, and client communication.
  • Support Program Managers in running live online training programs serving hundreds of students at a time.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Curriculum, Product, and Operations teams on program execution and business operations.
  • Analyze program data using anecdotal and statistical methods to identify actionable insights across channels, geographies, and client segments.
  • Monitor the applicant pipeline and support admissions reporting, Q&A sessions, marketing initiatives, and applicant support to drive enrollment.
  • Troubleshoot learner needs and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs.
  • Help evaluate and test new products and build growth strategies with internal teams.
  • Manage live class operations on Saturdays for synchronous online instruction.

Requirements

  • JLPT N2 certification required, with N1 preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Mastery of Keigo (honorific Japanese) in spoken and written form, including the ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver professional presentations in Japanese.
  • 0-2 years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
  • A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for large audiences and people with varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience supporting individuals and client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in Europe, MENA, or LatAm.
  • Availability to work approximately 4:00AM ET to 12:00PM ET.
  • Willingness to work Saturdays, with a weekday off to offset weekend coverage.
