Description

  • Assist in preparing and launching training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, team collaboration, and client communication.
  • Support Program Managers in running live online training programs serving hundreds of students at a time.
  • Work with Business Operations and Curriculum teams, instructors, and teaching assistants on ad hoc projects to uncover insights from training program data.
  • Analyze program data using anecdotal and statistical methods to identify actionable insights across channels, geographies, and client segments.
  • Support learners, instructors, teaching assistants, and other stakeholders by troubleshooting needs and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Help manage the admissions process, including application setup, launch, pipeline monitoring, reporting, and applicant support to drive enrollment.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to run business operations for data science and data analytics training programs.
  • Contribute to testing new products and developing growth strategies.
  • Manage live class operations on Saturdays for synchronous online instruction.
  • Complete additional ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs.

Requirements

  • JLPT N2 certification or equivalent professional experience; N1 preferred.
  • Fluency in Japanese with mastery of Keigo in both spoken and written forms.
  • Ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver presentations in professional Japanese.
  • 0-2 years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and comfort working with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service orientation and experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom, strongly preferred.
  • Based in Europe, MENA, or LatAm.
  • Availability to work approximately 4:00AM ET to 12:00PM ET, including Saturdays for live class operations.
