Description

  • Translate business workflows into AI-powered solutions such as agents, copilots, and automation tools.
  • Design and build solutions using platforms such as Copilot Studio and related ecosystems.
  • Develop prototypes, iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, and support the move from prototype to production-ready solutions.
  • Define solution architecture, including prompts, workflows, and system interactions.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise tools and processes, including HR systems and internal platforms.
  • Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases with client stakeholders based on feasibility, data requirements, and impact.
  • Support internal client teams through coaching, working sessions, code reviews, and office hours.
  • Develop reusable templates, patterns, and playbooks to standardize AI solution development.
  • Operate within Correlation One’s delivery standards to ensure consistency across builds.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, agents, or copilots.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience integrating with APIs and working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong prompt engineering and workflow design capabilities.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical technical solutions.
  • Experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong judgment on tradeoffs between speed, complexity, and usability.
  • Comfort working directly with business stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Consulting, client-facing, or cross-functional team experience preferred.
  • Highly autonomous and self-directed work style.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments.
  • Pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset focused on usable solutions.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for delivery.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with security, compliance, and data constraints preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments preferred.
  • Background in workflow or process redesign and operations transformation preferred.
  • Remote work with overlapping hours for US Eastern Time.
  • 6-month contract position working 40 hours per week.
