Description

  • Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards for senior management and the Board.
  • Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across the business.
  • Maintain and evolve ARR reporting, including bookings, churn, expansion, and net revenue retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, long-range planning, and business performance analysis.
  • Prepare Board and investor materials, including monthly reporting packages for PE sponsors.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis for investment and business model decisions.
  • Track and report on operational KPIs and leading indicators tied to business performance.
  • Support M&A diligence, including financial analysis, data room preparation, and target company assessment.
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration, including financial reporting alignment and model consolidation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, templates, and automation, and enable self-serve reporting across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or PE-backed environments.
  • Strong SaaS fluency with deep understanding of ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, and LTV/CAC metrics.
  • Experience supporting or executing M&A processes, including diligence and/or integration.
  • Exposure to PE-backed companies and familiarity with investor reporting requirements.
  • Advanced AI and Excel modeling skills.
  • Experience with Claude, Vena, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear, concise insights for executive and Board audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
