Description

  • Manage multiple large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead all phases of projects according to the Cority Implementation Methodology.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables defined by the implementation methodology and customer project plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations for effort, duration, and cost.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer project requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.
  • Facilitate change orders and associated effort and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client resources to implement Cority software.
  • Manage change processes and communicate impacts to clients.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Run status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate project progress.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP designation is given special consideration.
  • EHSQ experience is given special consideration.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and associated effort and cost estimates is preferred.
  • Self-starter and fast learner who can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined project delivery environment.
  • Ability to quickly build technical understanding of customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel 5%.
