Description

  • Manage multiple large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Oversee all phases of projects according to the Cority Implementation Methodology.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables defined in the implementation methodology and customer project plan.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, management, and delivery teams.
  • Manage client expectations for effort, duration, and project or program costs.
  • Work with the sales team to identify customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping.
  • Facilitate change orders and estimate associated effort and cost.
  • Coordinate Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and client resources to implement Cority software.
  • Manage change processes and communicate impacts to the client.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Lead status meetings and communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • PMP designation will be given special consideration.
  • EHSQ experience will be given special consideration.
  • Experience creating Statements of Work and associated effort and cost is preferred.
  • Background in project management, preferably with software experience in a client-facing role.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project.
  • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined project delivery environment.
  • Self-starter and fast learner with the ability to pick up technical solution details quickly.
  • Willingness to travel 5%.
