Description

  • Monitor and interpret industry practices, programs, systems, challenges, trends, and innovations across health domains.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on occupational health and healthcare workflows, standards, and management systems.
  • Serve as an expert on the competitive landscape and translate competitive intelligence into actionable guidance for internal teams.
  • Coach teams on user needs, pain points, responsibilities, and persona-based considerations for Health Management activities.
  • Support sales opportunities by creating RFP responses, proposals, presentations, and product demo support.
  • Coach sales staff on customer needs, use cases, and Cority product capabilities to help advance deals.
  • Help define Cority’s Health Management product vision, strategy, and investment priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineers on product development priorities.
  • Provide product and industry expertise for M&A evaluations, including capability gap analysis and fit assessments.
  • Support discovery, evaluation, integration, and launch of third-party software and content, and represent Cority in industry groups and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical practice and/or operational health management roles.
  • Degree or other relevant qualification in a health discipline.
  • Professional designation or certification in a health discipline is an asset.
  • Broad understanding of internal occupational health, third-party occupational health services, and healthcare practice management.
  • Strong understanding of how software is used in different health settings.
  • Experience as a system administrator or power user of one or more health software systems is highly valuable.
  • Experience working in multiple health settings and with multiple software systems is an asset.
  • Understanding or experience with health practices and systems across different geographies is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • French, Spanish, and/or German language skills are considered an asset.
