Description

  • Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
  • Serve as a liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and support software implementations using the predefined implementation methodology, including configuration, client training, testing, and note taking.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants as part of a cohesive project team.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain project implementation plans with the client team and Cority Project Manager, including intervention when milestones are delayed or missed.
  • Work predominantly remotely with some travel as needed.
  • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets weekly for approval.
  • Participate actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the relevant subject matter area.
  • Professional designation such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN is preferred.
  • If currently in the Associate Consultant position at Cority, at least 12 months in role plus completion of one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and professionalism.
  • Ability to understand the connections across EHSQ suites and explain the software effectively to clients.
  • Project budget awareness and responsiveness are expected.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
