Description

Act as the liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
Lead and support implementation projects following the predefined implementation methodology.
Configure the application, train clients, test solutions, and take notes during implementations.
Collaborate closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to maintain a cohesive project team.
Work with other departments including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product.
Develop and maintain a project implementation plan with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
Intervene when project timeline milestones are delayed or missed.
Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets for weekly approval.
Participate actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role.
Professional designation preferred, such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN.
For internal Cority candidates: at least 12 months as an Associate Consultant plus completion of one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.
Bilingualism is an asset.
Strong understanding of the connections between Cority EHSQ suites.
Ability to demonstrate Cority software knowledge effectively to clients.
Strong commitment to service excellence.
Ability to stay current on new product features.
Demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and project budget awareness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
