Description

  • Act as the liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and support implementation projects following the predefined implementation methodology.
  • Configure the application, train clients, test solutions, and take notes during implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to maintain a cohesive project team.
  • Work with other departments including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain a project implementation plan with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
  • Intervene when project timeline milestones are delayed or missed.
  • Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
  • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets for weekly approval.
  • Participate actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the subject matter area of the role.
  • Professional designation preferred, such as CIH, CSP, CSRP, or COHN.
  • For internal Cority candidates: at least 12 months as an Associate Consultant plus completion of one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of the connections between Cority EHSQ suites.
  • Ability to demonstrate Cority software knowledge effectively to clients.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to stay current on new product features.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and project budget awareness.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
