Description

  • Meet or exceed an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
  • Act as the liaison between Cority and clients across assigned projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and support project implementations using Cority's pre-defined implementation methodology.
  • Configure the application, train clients, test the solution, and take notes during implementation work.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants as part of a cohesive project team.
  • Support other internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product.
  • Develop and maintain an implementation plan with the client team and Cority Project Manager.
  • Intervene when project timelines or milestones are delayed or missed.
  • Work predominantly remotely with some travel expected.
  • Update timesheets and project bookings daily and submit timesheets weekly for approval.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the subject matter area of this role.
  • Professional designation such as REM or EI is ideal.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of Cority's EHSQ suites and how they connect.
  • Ability to explain Cority software knowledge effectively to clients.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and staying current on new features.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated project budget awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism.
