Description

  • Own usage and adoption data pipelines, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Reconcile product-usage figures and validate outputs against Power BI reports.
  • Build and maintain Bronze-to-Gold Databricks pipelines, Unity Catalog metric views, and access controls.
  • Mature development and production environments, CI/CD, deployment, and rollback processes.
  • Expand automated data-quality checks across gold-layer tables.
  • Partner with Product and Post-Sales to scope usage signals, upsell indicators, and ROI metrics.
  • Manage schema drift, inconsistent fields, soft deletes, and incremental loads across business systems.
  • Lead consolidation of support, audit, CRM, telemetry, and other customer-facing data sources.
  • Document pipelines, data-access models, and cross-functional data-request processes.
  • Introduce automation, AI-assisted tooling, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CoreView’s Databricks environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience building and operating production ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Spark Declarative Pipelines, metric views, permissions, and row-level security.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for building, testing, and supporting production data pipelines.
  • Experience with Spark Declarative Pipelines, dbt, or equivalent transformation and orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of dimensional and star-schema data modeling for analytics.
  • Experience applying Git version control and CI/CD practices to data pipelines.
  • Experience ingesting CRM, product telemetry, usage, and other business-system data, including tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, UserPilot, Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Ability to work independently, implement agreed direction, and document solutions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with commercial and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Power BI or an equivalent BI tool preferred.
  • Experience establishing data governance, metric catalogs, or access models preferred.
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in production engineering preferred.
