Description

  • Execute day-to-day campaign management across offline media channels including Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts.
  • Support media planning, budget allocation, pacing oversight, and daily performance monitoring.
  • Own campaign trafficking, creative asset management, and quality assurance to ensure campaigns launch and run correctly.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking impressions, CPM, CPV, reach, frequency, and brand lift.
  • Execute structured testing plans across creative rotation, daypart optimization, and audience targeting experiments.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on campaign setup, optimization requests, and performance reporting.
  • Support media recommendations through competitive analysis, audience research, and channel performance deep-dives.
  • Help build measurement frameworks by pulling data, reconciling discrepancies, and contributing to weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
  • Stay current on offline media trends, platform updates, and emerging channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and other channel teams to maintain brand consistency and accurate tracking.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles, ideally with exposure to offline channels such as TV, CTV, Audio, or Podcasts.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical foundation for working with data and building clean dashboards.
  • Interest in media measurement and attribution, with eagerness to learn how brand campaigns drive business outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and vendors.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and able to operate independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Intellectually curious and commercially minded.
  • Preferred mindset for the Growth Team: operates like an owner, proactively sees around corners, and is highly adaptable and solution-oriented.
