Description

  • Help lead the sponsorship and events strategy by identifying, evaluating, and activating partnership and event opportunities aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, sponsorships, and experiential programs from brief development through post-event analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, PR, Social, Product, Culinary, Creative, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to maintain creative quality, operational excellence, and strong ROI.
  • Develop toolkits and playbooks for scalable regional activations that support consistent brand messaging.
  • Negotiate and manage budgets and contracts for sponsorships and events while ensuring efficient spend and measurable outcomes.
  • Track performance against KPIs for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion, and conduct post-mortems to identify improvements.
  • Stay current on experiential marketing, hospitality, and partnership trends and bring forward fresh ideas for the brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential/event marketing, ideally within a consumer, lifestyle, or hospitality brand.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events and partnerships from concept to completion.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and agencies simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfort working both strategically and tactically, including contract negotiations and on-site event coordination.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, approximately 25–40%, for event activations, partnership meetings, and on-site execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
