Description

  • Follow an established sales process and participate in weekly coaching to improve performance
  • Research and prospect target accounts across the Benelux / Netherlands market
  • Generate qualified leads through a mix of outreach methods (email, cold calls, in-person)
  • Set high-quality meetings with IT departments, influencers, end-users, and decision-makers
  • Build and maintain the sales pipeline to support revenue growth
  • Engage prospects to build rapport, discover needs, and articulate the value of ControlUp’s platform
  • Participate in the SDR training program including classroom learning, role-plays, and practice
  • Meet and exceed quota expectations (demonstrate mastery by exceeding quota for two consecutive quarters)

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience (SaaS sales experience preferred)
  • Experience engaging potential customers via email, phone, and in-person
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner with a passion for new technologies and ability to map them to business processes
  • Ability to manage time effectively and complete objectives
  • Experience being accountable to metrics and often exceeding them
  • Thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
  • Native Dutch and fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
