Description

  • Work in an agile cross-functional team with engineers, product managers, and product designers to launch new products, features, and experiments.
  • Build and iterate on onboarding, activation, adoption, and monetization experiences.
  • Participate in product discovery to help define what to build next.
  • Review code and provide ad-hoc support to team members.
  • Collaborate with engineers across the department to improve processes and systems.
  • Share knowledge and insights through tech talks and internal or external posts.
  • Use data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing to guide product improvements.
  • Leverage AI coding assistants in daily workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack engineering foundation with experience building user-facing products end-to-end.
  • Experience with modern frontend development, ideally using React or a similar component-based framework.
  • Experience with backend logic, API design, and external system integrations.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Node.js is preferred.
  • Skilled in using data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing to decide what to build next.
  • Pragmatic engineering approach with an ability to avoid over-engineered solutions while maintaining high-quality code.
  • Ability to work effectively with predominantly remote colleagues distributed across EMEA.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with AI coding assistants and promoting AI adoption in engineering workflows is preferred.
  • Vue experience is welcome if you are open to transitioning to React.
