Description

  • Develop fullstack web applications for new applied AI product initiatives.
  • Help turn product ideas into proof-of-concept implementations and production features.
  • Participate in early product iteration, including user interviews to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams on product development for AI-powered experiences.
  • Build features that extend the AI CoPilot product to additional surfaces and use cases.
  • Work in a distributed team across the US and Europe to deliver customer-facing product value.
  • Contribute to rapid experimentation while maintaining a strong foundation for long-term product quality.
  • Evaluate and refine LLM-based product behavior and performance as part of the development process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in TypeScript.
  • Extensive fullstack web application development experience.
  • Experience with a variety of front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, and Node.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in a data-related industry.
  • Must be able to work remotely from France, Spain, Italy, Poland, or Germany, or hybrid in Barcelona, Paris, Milan, Munich, or Cairo.
  • Ability to work within the US East Coast time zone or Europe.
  • Strong motivation to build AI features.
  • Nice to have: strong opinions, weakly held, about how to evaluate LLM-based applications.
  • Nice to have: experience bringing an application built on top of LLMs from inception to market.
  • Nice to have: ability to prototype rapidly using LLMs and, when appropriate, other ML tools.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with different LLM providers and their relative tradeoffs.
