Description

  • Perform privilege and responsiveness review on legal documents.
  • Conduct redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage review workflows.
  • Assist with document review, legal research, and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work with project teams on contract-based eDiscovery assignments.
  • Follow project-specific location and scheduling requirements.
  • Contribute to efficient, high-quality review processes on client matters.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with hours and remote options determined by assignment.
