Description

  • Conduct document review, including privilege and responsiveness review.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review tasks.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and review case materials.
  • Assist with legal research as needed on assigned projects.
  • Support expert testimony and foreign language translation work when required.
  • Work as part of a document review team on project-based assignments.
  • Follow project-specific workflows, deadlines, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain high accountability and accuracy in review assignments.

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work on a project-by-project basis with location determined by the project.
  • Ability to work project-specific hours, including outside standard business hours when needed.
