Description

  • Reply to calls and emails from the public.
  • Use a knowledge base and standard operating procedures to answer customer requests.
  • Document customer communications in the database.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and regulations while handling inquiries.
  • Navigate the content management system, related applications, and associated websites.
  • Provide customer support in an omnichannel call center environment.
  • Support a wide-ranging customer service initiative for a Federal agency.

Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English and/or Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to navigate a content management system, other applications, and related websites.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, dependability, and time management skills.
  • Keyboarding proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Call center (omnichannel) background is a plus.
  • Entry-level experience acceptable.
