Description

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical integration needs and guide them through onboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance on integrating with Constructor's APIs and open source libraries.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and integration issues with Customer Success teams.
  • Help customers configure product catalogs, including data uploads, facets, searchabilities, sort orders, and result retrieval.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other technical resources and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions, recurring issues, and solutions to improve onboarding and support processes.
  • Improve integration documentation based on customer questions and support cases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
  • Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to support customers and team members between 1pm and 8pm PST (UTC-7).
  • Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON and CSV, and basic search/index concepts (preferred).
  • Familiarity with debugging tools such as browser developer tools, API clients like Postman, or logs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, server-side and client-side contexts, and network request routing / HTTP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with open source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns (preferred).
