Description

  • Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results.
  • Lead, prioritize, and coordinate the team’s daily activities.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach team members to build a collaborative and dynamic team.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to align initiatives and improve efficiency.
  • Write product requirement documents and negotiate feature sets.
  • Track development timelines and support successful software releases.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of programming fundamentals, architecture, and design across multiple languages.
  • Build positive working relationships within the team and across the organization.
  • Oversee multiple large, complex deliverables and train others as needed.
  • Influence policies, practices, and procedures while contributing to strategy implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, with AWS preferred.
  • Working knowledge of databases of any type.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of software development tools, including version control, build processes, debuggers, and test frameworks.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, software basics, and complex algorithms.
  • Advanced understanding of how a Managed Service Provider (MSP) operates from a business standpoint.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to develop professionally.
