Description

  • Support the Sales team with detailed research, analysis, documentation, and customer-facing technical support.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend product or service solutions that optimize value.
  • Present technical and functional product capabilities and communicate their business benefits to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training for clients.
  • Execute proof-of-concepts with prospects to demonstrate technical and business value.
  • Provide input into technical RFPs and RFQs and help position solutions in a consultative sales process.
  • Serve as a key cross-functional contact for product knowledge, technology expertise, training, coaching, and support.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams through implementation and onboarding to support successful adoption.
  • Maintain ongoing professional and technical knowledge through training and education.
  • May coach and review the work of other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with a business process or management application.
  • Experience with a CPQ tool.
  • Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of the applicable work area.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Proven sales track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a consulting role is preferred.
  • Experience in relevant channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, Internal IT, and/or MSP+ is preferred.
