Description

  • Set day-to-day operational objectives for the Partner Solutions Expert team.
  • Supervise support and professional-level colleagues and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach team members to build a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Lead the team in delivering advanced technical guidance, best practices, and technical enablement to partners during onboarding, implementation, and optimization.
  • Provide ongoing training and development so the Partner Success Team can effectively support partners.
  • Offer additional technical coverage for strategic accounts when needed and support Partner Success Managers during critical engagements, technical reviews, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on partner feedback and business impact.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to help partners maximize value from ConnectWise solutions.
  • Provide critical partner feedback to support product improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management, business automation, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Experience with API integrations, database management, and cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to provide team direction.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Professional presence for meetings, in-person interactions, and email.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment.
