Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data availability, integrity, quality, governance, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to improve data processing capabilities.
  • Maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the organization’s data needs.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data engineering with a strong understanding of data architecture and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience leading a data engineering team (preferred).
  • Reference checks will be conducted prior to receiving an offer, with candidate consent.
