Description

  • Meet with clients daily to deliver professional services.
  • Set up Connecteam features based on client workflows.
  • Integrate Connecteam with other platforms.
  • Migrate data from clients’ existing tools into Connecteam.
  • Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the CS and R&D teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a SaaS company is required.
  • Native-level English proficiency is required.
  • Tech-savvy, dedicated, eager, and curious to learn and continuously improve.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working with clients in a professional services or customer-facing capacity is preferred.
  • Familiarity with software integrations and data migration is preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
