Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable mobile infrastructure in React Native to support app development and deployment.
  • Lead best practices and implementations for MobX, geolocation and geofencing, WebView, encryption, backend-mobile communication interfaces, media compression, Code Push, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native platforms.
  • Automate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments to improve developer velocity.
  • Design and evolve mobile architecture aligned with best practices for Swift, Kotlin, and React Native.
  • Continuously improve mobile performance, scalability, and security.
  • Take ownership of the mobile release lifecycle and ensure smooth, reliable releases.
  • Collaborate with QA, developers, product, engineering, design, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align delivery with business needs.
  • Implement monitoring and observability tools for app performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production environments.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in native mobile development, specifically iOS with Swift and Android with Kotlin.
  • 2+ years of experience with React Native.
  • Experience with mobile app distribution through the App Store and Google Play.
  • Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and drive consensus across teams.
  • Strong mentoring skills with experience guiding developers in best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with modern mobile tooling, frameworks, and approaches is preferred.
  • Experience working across native and cross-platform mobile environments is preferred.
