Description

  • Build an enterprise-grade, serverless, multi-tenant agentic AI platform on AWS.
  • Develop conversational AI interfaces for operations management, knowledge retrieval, data analysis, and system mutations.
  • Orchestrate intelligent automation across multiple SaaS platforms using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
  • Design and implement hybrid knowledge base integration and MCP gateway services.
  • Develop agentic skill orchestration using the Strands Python framework.
  • Implement dual-layer security controls and human-in-the-loop governance for high-impact changes.
  • Ensure tenant isolation, security guardrails, and operational observability across the platform.
  • Support greenfield architecture and technical design decisions for the AI operations platform.

Requirements

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore components, including Runtime, Gateway, Memory, Identity, and Observability.
  • Strong Python development experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Strands, LangChain, or similar.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures such as OpenSearch or Pinecone.
  • Experience integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) with API gateways.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with agentic SDLC practices, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and HITL workflows.
  • Experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Experience with LLM security and guardrails implementation, such as prompt injection prevention and content filtering (preferred).
  • Experience with multi-tenancy and identity management in SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Experience with observability and performance monitoring, including distributed tracing and token analytics (preferred).
