Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of HR and People automations from workflow mapping through production deployment and handoff documentation.
  • Build automated task orchestration for employee lifecycle events such as new hires, role changes, terminations, transfers, and leaves.
  • Harden compensation planning infrastructure with access controls, versioning, approval workflows, and AI-assisted benchmarking.
  • Build a governed People analytics layer connecting ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, and Lattice.
  • Create the data infrastructure that links performance and goals data in Lattice to workforce decisions.
  • Establish logging, monitoring, and alerting for production automations.
  • Publish reusable modules to the Automation Hub.
  • Document automations to a handoff-ready standard and ensure sensitive-data automations have Legal sign-off.
  • Work across People sub-functions to listen, map processes, and build a prioritized automation backlog.
  • Collaborate with Central Data and Legal to handle sensitive data responsibly.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience working with enterprise HR systems such as ADP, Workday, or SuccessFactors at an integration or implementation level.
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-assisted workflows in production.
  • Strong API integration skills, including building RESTful integrations from scratch and handling authentication and error states.
  • Experience designing access controls for sensitive data, including role-based access controls and HIPAA/PII governance.
  • Ability to analyze undocumented, messy workflows and translate them into clean system flows.
  • High-agency, self-directed approach with the ability to find and define work independently.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS at an API or integration level, preferred.
  • Background in compensation planning tools or sales incentive software, preferred.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi, preferred.
  • Experience at a high-growth, operationally complex company such as logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing, preferred.
